From raw materials to end product delivery, it has a strict control program. Accurate completion is done about wiring- roughing - annealing- pickling - drawing - heading - rolling - heat treatment -surface treatment -packaging and other aspects.
Testing equipment
Laboratory currently has the salt spray tester, desktop direct- reading spectrometer, metallographic analyzer, carbon sulfur analyzer, multifunctional electrolysis thickness gauge, spectroscope, projector, hydraulic tensile tester, hardness tester, automatic screening machine, magnetic detection machines and a variety of specialized testing equipment.Â
Packaging & Shipping
The regular package is cartons and pallets. 20-25 kgs per pallet and 36 cartons per pallet. Also we can pack as per the requirements of clients.

We offer riser cover for the straight one, necking downs and oblique riser. It is convenient for you to choose open riser or closed one. It has low density, high strength and good toughness, which suit for all kinds of black and non-ferrous casting. It can be set on the plate shape or embedded sand mold after modeling.
Heating mechanism: The exothermic Insulation Riser head has adopted good insulation material and high efficient exothermic. There are little quenching effect, once the liquid steel was pour into the riser head, the exothermic reaction will be activated, then the riser head will heat the liquid steel with it`s fever. After the reaction, the insulation material will ensure the coagulation time of the liquid steel. The best feeding efficient comes from the characters: Initial adiabatic, then fever, heat preservation for a long time in the end.
