According to the notice, for companies that have not yet passed environmental verification, such as those that have passed the environmental protection verification of the Ministry of Environmental Protection before the end of July 2012, the Ministry of Commerce will immediately issue quotas; if it has not passed the environmental protection verification of the Ministry of Environmental Protection before the end of July 2012, The Ministry of Commerce will no longer issue export quotas, and the remaining quotas will be allocated separately.
