Squeeze dehydrator and expansion dryer "two machines" are the core equipment of the SBS post-processing production line. The original post-processing 704 number of this division was put into use in 2001. The aging of the equipment was severe. The feeding ports and feeding screw sleeves of the “two machines” were small. It was difficult to “eat material” when producing different brands of products, which became a constraint to the production capacity. The bottleneck. In response to this, the Business Department has implemented the technical transformation of the 704 work number "Two Machines" since April. The new "two machines" adopts a forced-feed tapered conical screw structure, which has the advantages of large amount of glue solution, easy blocking, and good dewatering effect, effectively eliminating bottlenecks.

On this basis, the Synthetic Rubber Business Unit combined 704 job number transformation experience and further optimized the 701 job number to replace related equipment components. After the transformation, not only was the steam consumption drastically reduced, but the hourly output increased from an average of 2 tons to about 3 tons.

In addition, for the problem that SBS device 706's job number “Two Machines” processing capacity and packaging capacity are inconsistent and affect the output of the device, the Division also upgraded and updated the 706 job number post-processing packaging line, which can realize the suction bag and weighing equipment.
