1. The excellent installation method of the solenoid valve is vertical to the horizontal pipeline with the coil upward. ±30° tilt allowed when conditions do not allow. Otherwise, normal use cannot be guaranteed.
2. The parameters on the nameplate of the solenoid valve should be consistent with the actual requirements.
3. The arrow on the solenoid valve body should be consistent with the medium flow direction.
4. In order to ensure the normal use of the solenoid valve, install a water separator in front of the solenoid valve.
5. In the hazardous environment, explosion-proof solenoid valves should be used to prevent sparks from causing explosions and other accidents.
6. Before the installation, please purge the air bag and the pipeline to avoid damage to the diaphragm caused by the foreign material.
7. When the solenoid valve is faulty, it is recommended to install a bypass (bypass) device for timely isolation and easy maintenance.
8, when the solenoid valve is not installed temporarily, it can be stored in 0 ~ 40 °C, relative humidity ≤ 80%, but no corrosive gas in the room, as far as possible to avoid open storage.
9, after opening the box should first check the instruction manual, factory certificate, packing list is complete. According to the list, check whether the product name and model are consistent, and check if the nameplate matches the purchase order. If there is a defect or discrepancy, contact the manufacturer in time to find a solution.
