Construction processing of wall opening in office decoration

The opening of the wall of this project needs to be reinforced by the cladding steel.

1. Construction process

砼Surface treatment→ Measure the wall and surrounding dimensions→ Detect and mark the steel bars inside the wall→ Position the line of steel sticking on the wall→ Set out the steel sheet, cutting, processing→ Determine the position of the hole in the drill hole→ Open the hole in the hole→ Cut the hole in the inner wall of the hole and rebar Bending welding and leveling with epoxy mortar → Adjustment of steel plate in place → Welding of steel plate → Sealing of pores and detection of tightness → Pressure filling → Curing curing → Surface treatment → Inspection and acceptance

2. Construction process

2.1 Surface cleaning

First, the surface of the concrete wall is polished with an angle grinder to expose the new surface of the structure. Before sticking the steel, the surface of the concrete wall needs to be cleaned.

2.2 Measured wall and surrounding dimensions

Accurately measure the size of the wall to be reinforced and the surrounding area to provide accurate parameters for steel plate cutting.

2.3 Wall internal reinforcement detection and labeling

The surface of the wall is scanned with a steel bar detector to determine the position and orientation of the reinforcing bar in the wall and marked clearly, providing a reference for determining the opening hole position.

Determine the position of the hole and the sticking steel plate in the wall and position and put the line.

2.5 steel sheet stakeout, cutting, processing

According to the drawings and the actual measured size of the site for stakeout, after careful checking with a plasma cutter or gas cutting. Before the installation, the surface of the steel plate is polished, roughened, etc. The steel plate grinding lines should be perpendicular to the force direction of the steel plate.

2.8 steel plate welding

In accordance with design requirements by a professional welder, the steel plate is fully welded on one side. After welding, the next process is performed after the experience is accepted. And on-site welding staff are required to hold certificates.

2.9 Tightening the Weld Nut and Closing the Gap of the Steel Plate

First, tighten the nut and weld the nut to the plate with a welding rod. Note that several nuts with different elevations are left after the grouting is completed. These nuts are used as the pouring holes and the outlet holes in the grouting process. A little seal can be closed with epoxy resin.

2.10 Sealing and pressure testing

Before filling, seal the gap on the edge of the steel plate with a sealant to leave the glue filling hole and the air outlet hole. After the sealant is completely cured, check the sealing effect with a plastic injection machine and apply a layer of soap along the gap. Water, compressed air from the grout mouth, where leakage, should be resealed until it does not leak.

2.11 pressure pouring glue

When gluing, it should be carried out in sections. According to the instruction manual of the structural adhesive, it is required to mix the irrigable structural adhesive, and use the plastic injection machine to fill the glue (before the gluing, the structural adhesive needs to be retested). Leave glue injection hole and outlet hole, when the outlet hole is out of slurry, prove that the steel plate has been fully filled with glue, and can be plugged with bolts of wounded raw tape. After the second section of steel plate is glue-filled, the glue of the next section of steel plate is continued. Adhesive pressure should be 1 ~ 2?/cm2, in order to avoid excessive plastic pressure caused by leakage of glue.

2.12 curing curing

According to the specification of the structural adhesive specification, maintenance should be carried out for 24 hours, and the steel plate must not be disturbed during maintenance.

2.13 Acceptance and Quality Standards

Acceptance of sticking steels refers to the requirements of “Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Reinforced Building Structures” (GB50550-2010). Tap the steel plate with a small hammer to judge whether there is an empty drum from the sound and judge the perfusion effect. Perfusion quality was measured as a percentage of the total saturated area perfusion area, and the emptying rate was controlled below 5%.

For the unsaturated region of perfusion, magnetic drill can be used for drilling and pressure grouting can be used to remedy the problem.

2.14 Surface treatment

According to the requirements of the design drawings, the surface of the steel plate shall be rust and fireproofed.
