Fast new generation AMT enjoys exclusive driving experience

On March 23, 2015, the Fast AMT automatic transmission test drive experience event was successfully held at the White Deer Park in Lantian, Xi'an. Fastteam Group General Manager Yan Jianbo, Deputy General Manager Wang Shunli, Liu Yi, Wei Boke Vice President, Asia Pacific and China President Yu Sujie and other senior leaders, Bei Ben General Manager Wang Shihong, Shaanxi Auto, Hua Leading experts and technical experts from Lingfang, Liuzhou , Futian, Jianghuai and other OEMs attended the trial activities and conducted test drive.

Experience activities were held on the mountain road of 108 National Road in Lantian County, Xi’an. Four test drive cars were equipped with 12-speed and 16-speed AMT automatic transmissions . After many years of technical training, the F.Shift AMT transmission of the new generation of Fast has been fully matured and launched to the market. It not only brings users a new operating experience, but also provides optimal configuration for the upgrading of commercial vehicles. This product has passed more than 2 million kilometers of high temperature, plateau, alpine and mountainous areas and other conditions, road conditions and various load tests, while the long-term operation of the logistics fleet, fully validated the technical performance and operational reliability, with safety and comfort , energy saving, easy to control four advantages, fully meet the requirements of mass promotion.

Through personal experience, the leaders of all OEMs highly praised the excellent performance of AMT automatic transmissions and expressed that they should focus on promoting mid-to-high-end heavy trucks equipped with AMT transmissions to increase the awareness and acceptance of market users. Bei Ben general manager Wang Shihong said that Fast AMT gives people a fresh feeling, comfort, good handling, is the trend of heavy truck industry products, has broad prospects for development. This machine can also be connected to Armature Production Line to meet the mass production requirement.

It can greatly reduce the larbor forces. Firstly, operator needs to load the insulation paper to the required station and then load the armature core to the required tooling position. After that step , press the start button. Machine will do the paper cutting, forming and  inserting process automatically. The Insulation Material and dimenision can be as per customer's requirement or customized.
