The appraisal meeting was presided over by Zhang Jianmin Senior Engineer of the Guangzhou Instrument Society and the Secretary General of the Guangdong Province Measurement and Control Technology and Equipment Application Promotion Association. Professor Liu Guixiong from the South China University of Technology, Lai Jinggong from the Chinese Academy of Electrical Science and the Lai Jiankang from the Guangdong Machinery Research Institute were selected. Prof. Gao Gong, Guangdong Provincial Electrical Industry Association Professor He Xiangji, senior engineer of Guangdong Province Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Zhou Songbin, Professor Jin Yan of Quanzhou University, Guangdong Province Machinery Industry Association Li Yinggong and other seven experts formed the appraisal committee. The experts listened to the report of the technical work summary of the project completion unit and formed the appraisal opinion after questioning and discussion.
Expert appraisal opinion believes that the “Guangdong Province Metrology Big Data Application System Research and Application” project has established four basic databases, including provincial measurement agencies, measurement equipment, metrology personnel, and corporate measurement information, and has built a Guangdong Metrology Big Data Application System. It can quickly find out the measurement data of the three levels of metropolitan administrative departments and measurement technical agencies in cities, counties, counties, counties, and collect, analyze, integrate and share them, and provide support for government decision-making. The system adopts a modular layered architecture design with features such as good scalability and practicality. The project system was tested by Fujian Institute of Metrology, and the inspection project complied with GB/T25000.51-2016 "System and Software Engineering System and Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (Section 51): Quality of Ready-to-Use Software Products (rusp) Requirements and Test Details requirements. The project system has been used by users, reflecting good results and achieving significant social and economic benefits. The project has obtained 2 software copyrights, 3 papers published and independent intellectual property rights. The application of project measurement data integration technology has reached the international advanced level in the industry and has agreed to pass scientific and technological achievements appraisal.
The "Digital Indication Scales Cheat Detection Platform Research and Application" project is aimed at cheating digital indicating scales, especially chip software cheating, researching cheating detection methods and cracking cheat codes production rules, developed for ACS-15/30 and similar structures. The number indicates the scale cheating detection platform, which can automatically generate the cheating code sequence according to the high-risk cheat code generation rules generated by the machine learning algorithm, import the microcontroller to simulate the keys, and then identify the digital indicating scale screen changes through machine vision to determine whether to cheat. Obtained 1 computer software registration rights, published 5 papers and had independent intellectual property rights. The product was inspected by the Fujian Academy of Metrology Science and the inspection project complied with GB/T25000.51-2016 "System and software engineering system and software quality requirements and evaluation (square) Part 51: Ready-to-use software products (rusp) quality requirements And test rules requirements.
