Description

The V-Seal is a flexible shaft and bearing seal with an axial lip. It fits on the shaft and seals axially against the counterface, e.g. shaft collars, thrust washers, or against the face of a roller bearing. The V-seal is an extremely reliable seal to protect against dust, dirt, oil, grease, etc.
The V-Ring is known for its durable, yet tight-fitting grip strength. It produces tight contacts and restorations, while producing a uniform shape. The V-ring serves as the lip's seal and also as the centrifugal disc. It is used mainly in combination with other types of seals (such as rotary shaft seals) and as pre-sealing elements for bearings and shafts.
