According to experts, the capacity of the largest PSA hydrogen production plant operating in China was 75,000 Nm3/h, and the largest gas production capacity of PSA installed abroad was 236,000 Nm3/h.
Shen Hehua Group's deputy general manager Wang Heming told the reporter that the PSA purification hydrogen plant is the leading process of the “coal oil†project of Shenhua Group. The pulverized coal provided by the coal preparation plant will be converted into syngas through partial oxidation. After transformation, pressure swing adsorption and other processing into high-purity product hydrogen, processing gas volume of 340000 Nm3 / h, hydrogen production capacity of 280000 Nm3 / h, hydrogen purity of 99.9%, hydrogen yield ≥ 90%.
