She also cited a number of records set by employees: zero work injuries in two years; zero defect in production quality for eight consecutive months; zero delay in delivery in eight months in the past 11 months; and convinced that Perkins' localization strategy in China will Can greatly enhance the competitiveness of engine products.

Carl Valentine, Perkins' general manager of Shibaura, said with confidence: "I believe we will soon be on the 20,000th and 30,000th engines." In fact, this production line was in 2008. When it went into production in November, it happened to encounter the global financial turmoil, but in the face of a difficult market environment, it could still accumulate 10,000 units in just two years, which undoubtedly cited Perkins' strength in the engine manufacturing field.

With a power range of 8.2 to 49.3 kW (10.9 to 66.1 hp), the Perkins 400 series has been well received by small machine builders since its launch. More than 200 mobile devices worldwide use this series as the powertrain.
