According to the plan, the building will be fully completed and commissioned in 2015. It will become a new business card for Shanghai's new landmarks and cities in the future.

Located in the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone in Pudong, Shanghai, the “Shanghai Center” combines the five functions of foreign standard 24-hour class A office, super five-star hotel and supporting facilities, boutique business, sightseeing and cultural leisure entertainment, and special conference facilities.

The "Shanghai Center" office building has an area of ​​about 210,000 square meters and a commercial area of ​​about 50,000 square meters. The core function is a business function based on office space. The "Shanghai Center" will create a new business highland in Shanghai by gathering advanced enterprises in various industries that meet the economic characteristics of the buildings.

As a super-vertical city, the “Shanghai Center” is constantly advancing the construction of the project while it is also carrying out various operational preparations in an orderly manner. It aims to create a “commercial community” and conducts research and subdivision of various business functions. optimization.

According to the project general contractor Shanghai Construction Engineering Group, according to the general plan of the project, the "Shanghai Center" is expected to complete the core node to the 86-story, 403-meter node target in early December of this year.
