The lab internal mixer series included different volume small lab internal mixer, such as Plastic Internal Mixer, rubber internal mixer, banbury internal mixer for plastic and banbury internal mixer for rubber.
The lab internal mixer is consisted of rotor mixing chamber, feeding and pressing device, discharging device, transmission device, sealing device, lubrication system, pneumatic system(Mechanical gravity) or hydraulic equipment, heating and cooling system and electrical control system.
With PLC programmable color touch screen and man-machine interface operation system. This machine is mainly used for the mixed mixing of rubber, plastic and industrial chemicals, and also used for the mixing of all kinds of low viscosity materials. The lab internal mixer is heated by electro-thermal tube and with different refuel method. And have different capacity can be selected: 0.2L, 0.5L, 1L, 3L, 5L, suitable for lab formulation development and small production.
Lab internal mixer can be applied to formula research and development, testing of raw material and the flow of other cross-linked polymers and curing behavioral research.
Maintenance:
