PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GR hot air circulating oven is equipped with low-noise and thermostable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulatory system is sealed, improving the thermal efficiency of oven from traditional 3-7% in drying room to the current 35-45%, with the highest thermal efficiency up to 50%. The design success of GR hot air circulating oven make our hot air circulation oven has reached the advanced level at home and abroad. It has saved a lot of energy for our country and improved the economic efficiency of enterprises. 

CHARACTERISTIC
1. Heating sources include steam, electricity, far infrared, dual-use of steam and electricity, all for users to choose;
2. Using temperature: steam heating 50 ~ 140ºC, the highest 150ºC;
3. Electricity, far infrared temperature 50 ~ 350ºC;
4. It is equipped with automatic control system and computer control system for users to choose;
5. Commonly used steam pressure 0.02-0.8Mpa (0.2 ~ 8kg / m2);
6. It is equipped with electric heating, valued 15KW calculated according to type I, practical 5-8kw / h;

    A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after   the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.

2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
    A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.

3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
    A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.

4. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

Vertical Mill is an ideal large-scale grinding equipment, which is widely used in cement, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry and non-gold mining industry. It has high production efficiency for broken, dry, pulverized, graded and transported, and it can be used to grind the bulk, granular and powdery materials into the required powdery materials.

The motor drives the mill through a reducer, The material falls from the feeding port to the center of the grinding disc. It moves to the edge of the grinding disc under the action of centrifugal force and is crushed by the grinding roller.The crushed material spills from the edge of the grinding disc, At the same time, it is carried by the hot air flow from the nozzle ring (wind ring) to the high efficiency separator with the vertical mill. The coarse powder is returned to the grinding disc after separation by separator. Fine powder is worn with the air flow and collected in the dust collecting device of the system, namely, the product. The coarse particles and unexpected metal parts that are not brought up by the hot gas flow sink down from the wind ring. After the scraper is scraped out, the extractor is fed into the mill and grinded again.
