In the first half of 2010, Dana’s performance improved significantly, and its net loss narrowed substantially, from US$157 million in the same period in 2009 to US$22 million. Dana revenue rose from US$2.41 billion in 2009 to US$3.03 billion; adjusted EBITDA rose from US$110 million in 2009 to US$262 million.
In the second quarter, Dana’s revenue rose from US$1.2 billion in the same period in 2009 to US$1.53 billion; the adjusted EBITDA rose from US$94 million last year to US$154 million; the gross profit margin from 7.9 in 2009 % rose to 10.1%. Dana’s business income has grown. Among them, Dana light vehicle transmission business income rose from 444 million US dollars in 2009 to 650 million US dollars; power technology business income rose from 161 million US dollars in 2009 to 234 million US dollars.
