ADC foaming agent, nitrogen fertilizer, pesticide, and soda industry will build demonstration production lines
On the eve of the Spring Festival, a message from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association revealed that key projects in the National Science and Technology Support Plan for the “Eleventh Five-Year Planâ€â€”chemical industry ammonia-nitrogen wastewater reduction and resource utilization key technology development and demonstration project research, will start the project declaration. The association will organize technical breakthroughs in four representative industries such as ADC foaming agent, nitrogen fertilizer, pesticides and soda ash. It will break through a number of key technologies within three years and form an industrial demonstration to provide technical support for energy conservation and emission reduction in the chemical industry.
This project is a key common technical problem for ammonia nitrogen wastewater pollution in China's chemical industry and ammonia nitrogen wastewater reduction and resource utilization. It aims to achieve industrial demonstration, relying on the company’s existing industrial production facilities, from the production process and waste water. With regard to end-point management and other aspects, we will carry out research and development of key technologies and technological integration innovations, develop and break through a number of new processes, new technologies and new equipment that will have a major impact on the reduction of ammonia nitrogen wastewater in the chemical industry. We will also use ADC foaming agents, nitrogen fertilizers, Four industries, such as pesticides and soda ash, form an industrial demonstration.
It is understood that the project research topics include: 肼 purification of new condensation process and ammonia nitrogen wastewater reduction, built 10,000 tons of ADC foaming agent / year of continuous acid-free condensation industrial production demonstration line; alkaline condensation of new technology and ammonia nitrogen wastewater reduction Pai, built a 10,000-ton ADC foaming agent/annual alkaline condensation industrial production demonstration line; high-efficiency and energy-saving treatment and recycling of ammonia nitrogen wastewater, built up high-efficiency energy-saving ammonia nitrogen wastewater matching with 10,000 tons of ADC foaming agent/year production scale Ammonia technology and resource utilization of demonstration production lines; ADC foaming agent industry production and emission coefficient and clean production technology evaluation index research, create China's ADC foaming agent industry pollution source statistics and evaluation system for the country to develop energy-saving emission reduction and environmental protection policy to provide reference.
In addition, the research topics include: development and application of anaerobic and aerobiological biological nitrogen removal technology for ammonia nitrogenous wastewater, establishment of a 6000 cubic meter/day ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment demonstration facility, and improvement of the A/O process and dual membrane process for ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment and Reuse integrated technology development, establish an ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment and reuse demonstration line of 26,000 m3/day, and improve the integration of aeration biological filter (BAF) and double-membrane combination process to treat ammonia nitrogen wastewater from chemical fertilizers and reuse technology.
