87 polluting enterprises in Shanxi received a deadline for "elimination order"

On June 12, the Shanxi Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau announced the list of 87 enterprises and facilities that have eliminated the last phase of environmental pollution this year, and designated the deadline for elimination.
It is understood that in 87 enterprises, Yangquan Jubiao tile factory, Pingding County Niangzi Guanhua Plant, Yangquan Liuquan Chemical Co., Ltd. and Ruozhou Huairen County Hongqi Coal Mine require the implementation of overall closure, including 83 companies, including the Taiyuan Chemical Industry Group Coking Co., Ltd., were required to phase out some of their backward facilities. According to reports, for companies that are shut down as a whole, they are required to revoke their licenses (permits, business licenses, etc.), dismantle the equipment that produces the pollution, and the water supply facilities of the production system to restore the topography. For enterprises that have only eliminated pollution facilities and do not implement overall closure, they must completely dismantle the facilities listed in the list of the last list of environmental pollution within the deadline.
The person in charge of the Shanxi Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau stated that if the involved enterprises cannot complete the elimination task as scheduled, they are free to close down the elimination criteria, and do not implement water and electricity blackouts, revoke licenses, falsifications, and shield and indulge in illegal activities of the units and individuals.
