The experts of the appraisal committee heard the development summary report, reviewed the technical materials, watched videos and demonstrations of equipment functions related to the development process, tested the key technical indicators, and after serious discussion and comment, agreed that the successful development of the equipment is in China. An important scientific research achievement obtained in the field of localization of nuclear power equipment has filled the domestic gap and reached the international advanced level. The equipment can be directly applied to newly-built multi-kilowatt nuclear power plants, and can also be applied to equipment reform of PWR nuclear power plants and in-service nuclear power plants at other power levels after adaptive modification, with significant social and economic benefits.

The successful development of the rod-rod and rod-position system equipment fully demonstrated the nuclear power plant's technical level in designing nuclear instrument-specific instrument control systems, consolidating its leading position in the field of domestic nuclear power plant control system design, and embodying the interior of CNNC.
