1. Outdoor display installation precautions

(1) Installation of lightning protection devices on displays and buildings

The display main body and the outer casing should be well grounded, and the grounding resistance should be less than 3Ω, which can increase the current discharge.

(2) Waterproof measures for LED display itself

The screen body and the combination of the screen body and the building must be waterproof and leakproof. Since the display screen is often installed outdoors in the sun and rain, the working environment is harsh, so it is necessary to strictly waterproof and moisture-proof. So as not to cause a short circuit, fire, etc.

(3) Circuit chip selection

Industrial-grade integrated circuit chips with an operating temperature between -40 ° C and 80 ° C are selected to prevent the display from starting up as much as possible.

(4) Install ventilation equipment to cool down, keep the internal temperature of the screen is not too high

Since the display screen generates a certain amount of heat during operation, if the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is poor, the integrated circuit may not work properly or even be burned. Therefore, an axial flow fan is required to discharge heat in time at the top of the screen body.

(5) Super high brightness LED must be selected

In order to increase the contrast, the audience width, and prevent excessive changes in the ambient light, it is necessary to use ultra-high brightness LEDs to ensure long-distance visibility under strong ambient light conditions.

2. Precautions for operating the display

(1) Switch sequence

When opening the screen: first turn on the screen, then turn on the screen; when the screen is off: first turn off the screen, then turn off the screen (if you turn off the computer instead of the display, it is likely to cause the display to appear bright, the LED light is burned);

(2) The switch screen should not be too frequent, with an interval of at least 5 minutes;

(3) The computer can be powered on after entering the engineering control software;

(4) Avoid opening the screen in the case of white screen or out of control, because the system has the largest inrush current at this time, and it is easy to cause a short circuit;

(5) When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation is not good, LED lighting should be careful not to open the screen for a long time;

(6) When a part of the electronic display body appears to be very bright, it is necessary to pay attention to closing the screen in time, and it is not suitable to open the screen for a long time in this state;

(7) If the power of the display often trips, it is necessary to check the screen or replace the power switch in time;

(8) Regularly check the firmness of the joints. If there is looseness, pay attention to timely adjustment and re-reinforcement;

(9) According to the environment of the large screen display screen and the control part, place the pest control medicine;

(10) A large-area power supply can be added to the power segment controller.
