Hydraulic lifting column system consists of:
1. The buried road pile equipment is mainly composed of three parts: the lifting column body, the hydraulic transmission station and the electric control part:
Column: welded by 304 national standard stainless steel (seamless steel pipe), with high strength bearing and anti-collision ability; no electrical, line setting, waterproof and safe in the column. Hydraulic lifting column installation and commissioning requirements:
1. Digging the foundation pit:
Dig the foundation pit, foundation pit size and length according to the product dimensions, and determine the size according to the site conditions:
Width: 600---800mm;
Depth: 1400mm (including 300mm water seepage layer).
2. Do the seepage layer:
After mixing with sand and gravel, it will be padded up from the bottom of the foundation pit to make a 300mm water-permeable layer. The water-permeable layer will be flattened and compacted to prevent the equipment from sinking. (If the conditions are available, you can choose gravel below 10mm, you can use no sand.) Choose whether to drain according to the geographical situation.
3, remove the product outer tube leveling:
Use the inner hexagon to remove the outer barrel of the product, place it on the water-permeable layer, adjust the horizontalness of the outer barrel, and make the upper surface of the outer tube slightly higher than the ground plane by 3~5mm. The outer tube is welded with steel bars to prevent tilting.
4, pre-embedded line pipe:
The conduit is pre-buried according to the position of the outlet hole reserved on the surface of the outer tub. The diameter of the threading pipe is determined according to the number of lifting columns. Under normal circumstances, the cable required for each lifting column has a 3*1.5 power cord and a 2*0.75 pressure relief solenoid valve control line, if there is a light strip, such as More than one 2*0.5 power cord is used. The specific use should be determined before construction according to the customer's needs and power distribution.
5, debugging:
Connect the circuit to the device, perform the ascending and descending operations, observe the rise and fall of the device, adjust the lifting height of the device, and check whether the device has oil leakage.
6, fixed equipment, pouring:
Put the equipment into the pit, backfill the appropriate amount of sand, fix the equipment with the stone, and then slowly and evenly pour the C40 concrete until it is level with the upper surface of the equipment.
