The establishment of long-distance pipelines in Inner Mongolia aims at solving the "bottleneck" that is the transport problem that restricts the development of the autonomous regions and even the chemical industry in China. More than 90% of Inner Mongolia chemical products are sold outside the region and even on the international market. It is important to realize the development goals of the chemical industry in 2010 and solve the problem of good product transportation. In terms of methanol, it is predicted that by 2010, the world's demand will be 40 million tons, and domestic will be about 12 million tons. If oil prices are still high, methanol fuels will develop rapidly and fuel methanol consumption will increase significantly. If taking into account the production of olefins, acetic acid and dimethyl ether, by 2010, methanol demand will reach 20 million tons.
