· Linde Hydraulic and Weichai Power Joint Venture Company was incorporated

On December 9, Linde Hydraulics and Weichai Power Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. jointly established Linde Hydraulics (China) Co., Ltd. The company will construct one assembly line and one factory test bench. It is expected to start production in the first quarter of 2015 and achieve the goal of 8,000 sets per year. It is planned to build 6 assembly lines and 12 factory test stands in 2020 to achieve an annual production capacity of 100,000 units.
The completion of the joint venture company marks the official launch of Linde Hydraulics China Strategy. Linde Hydraulics can realize a window of Linde Hydraulics (China) Co., Ltd., unified sales channels, product pricing system, customer docking platform, and make full use of Linde. Hydraulic technology, brand advantage and Weichai Power's market, network, customer relationship, capital and other advantages, maximize synergy with the group company, accelerate the development of the Chinese market, to achieve sales revenue of 5.2 billion euros in 2020 The foundation of the overall hydraulic strategy of rebuilding a Weichai Power.
