Understand the system composition of reverse osmosis devices in sewage treatment plants

In industrial wastewater treatment projects, for some projects with relatively large amounts of water, the owners often want to treat the wastewater and then reuse it for production or living. In this case, we will use reverse osmosis devices in the wastewater treatment facilities. . Reverse osmosis devices in sewage treatment facilities generally include pretreatment systems, reverse osmosis devices, post-treatment systems, cleaning systems, and electrical control systems.

Pretreatment systems generally include raw water pumps, dosing devices, quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, precision filters, and the like. Its main role is to reduce the raw water pollution index and other impurities such as residual chlorine, to meet the reverse osmosis water requirements. The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system should be based on the specific conditions of the raw water.

Reverse osmosis devices include multi-stage high pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane elements, membrane shells (pressure vessels), and stents. Its main role is to remove impurities from the water, so that the effluent meets the requirements of use. The post-treatment system is an increased configuration in the case where reverse osmosis cannot meet the requirements for water discharge. It mainly includes one or more devices such as an anion bed, a bed, a mixed bed, sterilization, ultrafiltration, EDI, and the like. The post-treatment system can better improve the quality of reverse osmosis water, so that it can meet the requirements of use.

The cleaning system mainly consists of a washing tank, a washing pump, and a precision filter. When reverse osmosis system polluted water indicators cannot meet requirements, reverse osmosis needs to be cleaned to restore its effectiveness.

The electrical control system is used to control the normal operation of the entire reverse osmosis system. Including dashboard, control panel, various electrical protection, electrical control cabinets and so on.
