According to the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Anti-dumping Regulations”, the Ministry of Commerce proposed to the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council to impose anti-dumping duties, and the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council made a decision based on the recommendations of the Ministry of Commerce. Since August 12, 2010, the Ministry of Commerce The imported terephthalic acid produced in South Korea and Thailand is subject to anti-dumping duties.
The anti-dumping duty levied on this case was attributed to the "Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China" tariff code. As other terephthalic acid products were excluded from the scope of the product under investigation.
