The system guarantees that the monthly traffic department will submit illegal passenger data to the public security and credit information platforms; implement the responsibility of each street and township, and transfer the video data to the evidence center of the traffic law enforcement department in real time (the evidence center has collected more than 540 video materials). The second is to improve the enforcement mechanism of illegal passenger transport linkages with the public security, industry and commerce and quality inspection departments. The city's Tourism Bureau and the Cultural Law Enforcement Corps will conduct five joint inspections of inter-provincial passenger charters and inspections of travel agencies. At the same time, strengthen the linkage law enforcement mechanism in the Yangtze River Delta region, involving foreign provinces and cities in Shanghai to engage in illegal passenger transport related information and illegal violations The information was copied to the relevant departments of the provinces and cities.
