The statistical refinement system independently designed and developed by Weichai is the first business process-oriented information management system of the Group, which realizes data entry and table curve automation. The functions of generation, overall evaluation and early warning of indicators provide a scientific basis for the basic management of production plants.
In addition, innovative design ideas such as "Father and Child Lines" and "16 categories", which are specifically proposed for flexible production lines, further enriched the enterprise's refined management system model and truly established a standardized and refined operational control model. . As of the end of December 2014, the system has been fully promoted in the production line of No. 1 factory.
