Accident report, rescue and handling system
Implement production safety incident reports and investigation and handling systems. After a production safety accident occurs, the responsible person of the enterprise and relevant personnel shall promptly rescue the wounded, initiate an emergency rescue plan, and report to the relevant departments in a timely manner in accordance with the Regulations on Production Safety Accident Reporting and Investigation and Handling (State Council Order No. 493). Organize emergency rescue, no late report, false report, false report, false report and escape after accident; support and cooperate with accident investigation work, in accordance with the principle of "four do not let go", earnestly absorb accident lessons, carry out warning education, and formulate practical and feasible rectification And preventive measures to prevent similar accidents from happening again.
1. All levels of leaders and all employees of the mine should conscientiously study and implement the State Council's “Regulations on the Reporting and Handling of Casualties of Enterprise Employees†and do a good job in accident analysis, statistics and reporting.
2. The division of work-related casualties and non-work-related casualties shall be strictly implemented in accordance with relevant state policies.
3. Any employee who has suffered an injury or death accident and has a working day full of work, should report and participate in the work accident statistics, and on the same day, the list of injured and the general accident will be reported to the mine safety agency. Workers injured in work should be reimbursed for medical expenses.
4. In the event of death, serious injury, or multiple injuries, the accident site should be protected and the mine leadership and security department should be reported in a timely manner on the premise of actively rescuing the wounded.
5. The mine safety agency must fill in the monthly safety report of the previous month before the 1st of the next month, and the report should also be signed with the official seal.
6. Statistics and reports on various accidents must be realistic and serious. If there are hidden dangers, false reports or deliberate delays, the relevant personnel should be held accountable and given certain economic penalties. If they constitute criminal responsibility, they should report to the judicial organs for their responsibility.
7. In the event of an accident, an accident analysis meeting must be held, and in accordance with the "four does not let go" (that is, the analysis of the cause of the accident is unclear, the person responsible for the accident has not been punished for education, the masses have not been educated, and there is no precaution The principle of not taking measures is analyzed, and an accident report is reported. A minor accident or general accident is organized by the accident unit, and all members of the mine safety agency and the accident team participate in the analysis meeting. Serious accidents and other major accidents shall be led by the mine leadership, the mine safety agency, and all the relevant team members. At the same time, they shall report to the superior safety supervision and management department for participation. The respondents may not refuse and should cooperate actively.
8. The handling of responsible personnel in an accident shall be subject to serious criticism, education and certain economic penalties for those responsible for responding to liability accidents. Accidents causing major casualties and serious incidents shall be handled by the public security and judicial organs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law.

10. In the event of destructive accidents or social accidents encountered by employees during production and work, retaliatory injuries shall be reported to the mine leaders or relevant government departments in a timely manner.
