Recently, the Agricultural Machinery Bureau of Jiangyan District of Taizhou City organized the mid-term supervision of the mechanization demonstration zone for grain production. At present, 13 towns (streets) in the district have met the requirements for mechanization of grain production, and basically completed the Taizhou City. The whole process of grain production is mechanized and the whole town is promoted to create requirements. First, the agricultural machinery and equipment have been steadily improved. Up to now, the region has added 228 sets of key mechanized machines for grain production this year, including 56 high-speed rice transplanters, 8 planters, 24 tractors, 57 high-efficiency plant protection machines, 23 harvesters, and 23 straw returning machines. 37 sets of dryers and 57 sets of nursery machinery.
Second, the level of agricultural machinery operations has been continuously improved. In the first half of this year, the area of ​​wheat arable land in the region was 439,000 mu, the rate of machine tillage was 98%, the area of ​​straw returning was 415,000 mu, the returning rate was 94.5%, the comprehensive processing level of straw was 95.4%, and the area planted with rice was 422,000 mu. 38.2 million mu, the machine insertion rate is 90%, the nursery area is 4247 mu, of which 3,026 mu of large-scale breeding area is 3,026 mu, and the area of ​​breeding of 3 mu or less is 221 mu, exceeding 2,500 mu of large-scale breeding of more than 3 mu in Taizhou City. Goal task.
Third, the level of agricultural machinery has been continuously improved. According to preliminary calculations, the mechanization level of the whole area has exceeded 90%, the mechanization level of cultivated land has been 98%, the rice machine insertion level is 90%, the high-efficiency plant protection mechanization capacity is nearly 100%, the harvest mechanization level is 99%, and the mechanized drying capacity of the place is 98%. The rate of returning wheat straw to the field was 94.5%.
