According to the change of the selected particle size, the operating conditions of the grinding and grading cycle are changed in time, such as adjusting the ore feeding rate, grinding concentration and grading concentration of the grinding machine.

At the same time, the granular composition of the flotation concentrate and tailings can be checked, and the change of the fineness can be found. For example, the loss of the coarse-grained grade in the tailings increases, that is, the so-called “running rough”, indicating that the grinding fineness is insufficient; if the loss is It is a fine-grained grade, which means that it is too fine, which requires timely adjustment of the process conditions of the grinding and grading operation. Both coarse and fine particles (0.010 mm) have many special physical and physicochemical properties. Their flotation behavior is different from that of a general particle size, and therefore, special process conditions are required during the flotation process.
