Zhenhua Heavy Industry Rock-Socketed Single Pile Vertical Roadheader Drive System Completes Assembly
On May 14, 2018, Zhenhua Heavy Industry Nantong Transmission designed and manufactured the domestic maximum power, maximum lifting force and maximum pressurized drilling pressure of the rock-socketed single pile vertical roadheader drive system to complete the assembly.
This type of drive system is mainly customized for the installation of offshore wind turbines. “Iron-insulated rock†can realize “cutting stone as mud†on the bottom of hard rock and provide driving force for submarine drill pipe in wind power construction. In addition, in addition to the construction of offshore wind power rock-socketed single piles, the system can also be used in urban underground three-dimensional garage construction, underground strategic storage room construction and other places.
It is reported that the drive system weighs more than 80 tons and has a rated drive power of 1,680 kW. It consists of six motors with a power of 280 kW, a shifting system and a power synthesis system. The maximum diameter is nearly 3 meters and the height is more than 4 meters. The drive system can drive a cutter head with a maximum diameter of 13 meters. It can run at a speed of 5 revolutions per minute and a speed of 9 revolutions per minute. It can also remove the cutterhead at a speed of 0.1 rpm.
The drive system has a rated torque of 2,800 kN and a torque of 3,700 kN. It is currently the largest in China. It is also the only drive system in China with both hard rock pressurization and soft soil decompression drilling. Due to the maximum lifting capacity of 700 tons, this type of drive system can “smash†700 tons of drill bit during construction. When the accessories are pressurized or decompressed, the maximum pressurized drilling pressure can reach 500 tons.
