Analysis of installation and debugging of mining machinery vibrating screen

There are many kinds of vibrating screens, such as shaking sieve, circular vibrating screen, resonance sieve, linear vibrating screen, etc., and the structures are also different. The shaker technician reminded that the user should perform reasonable installation, use and maintenance for different screens.

1. Preparation before vibrating screen installation

New vibrating screen equipment should be carefully inspected prior to installation. Due to the long stacking time of manufactured finished goods, such as bearing rust, seal aging or damage during handling, new parts need to be replaced when encountering these problems. Also, if the vibration exciter is rust-proof before leaving the factory, it is filled with anti-rust oil, which should be replaced with lubricating oil before it is put into operation.

Read the instructions carefully before installation and be fully prepared.

2, vibrating screen installation

(1) Install the support or suspension device. When installing, level the foundation, and then install the components in order according to the parts drawing of the support or suspension device and the installation drawing of the sieve. Before the spring is installed, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value marked on the end face.

(2) Attach the screen box to the support or suspension device. After installation, it should be adjusted according to the specified inclination angle. For hanging screens, the screen box inclination and the level of the screen box spindle should be adjusted at the same time. Generally, the horizontal level is adjusted first to eliminate the deflection of the screen box. After the horizontal correction, adjust the longitudinal inclination of the screen box. The force of the vibration isolation spring should be uniform, and the force can be judged by measuring the compression of the spring. Generally, the compression of the two sets of springs at the feed end must be the same, as should the two sets of springs at the discharge end. The amount of spring compression at the discharge end and the feed end can vary.

(3) Install the motor and the triangular tape. When installing, the foundation of the motor should be leveled, the level of the motor needs to be corrected, the center line of the corresponding groove of the two tape wheels should coincide, and the tension of the triangular tape should be appropriate.

(4) Install and fix the screen surface as required.

(5) Check the fixing condition of each connecting part of the sieve (such as sieve plate, vibration exciter, etc.), and the screen should be evenly tensioned to prevent local vibration. Check the lubrication of the transmission part, the wiring of the motor and the control box is correct, and turn the transmission part by hand to see if the operation is normal.

(6) Check whether the feed of the sieve, the discharge chute and the sieve funnel have no collision during work.

3, vibrating screen test operation

After the screening machine is installed, the empty car test run should be carried out, the installation quality should be checked initially, and necessary adjustments should be made.

(1) The test run time of the empty empty screen shall not be less than 8h. During this time, observe whether the sieve starts smoothly and quickly, whether the vibration and operation are stable, no special noise, and observe whether the amplitude meets the requirements by the amplitude card.

(2) When the sieve is running, the sieve box vibration should not produce a yaw. If there is a yaw, the reason may be that the height difference between the two sides of the spring is too large, the pulling force of the hanging wire rope is uneven, the rotating shaft is not horizontal or the triangular tape is too tight, and corresponding adjustment should be made.

(3) Within 4 hours of driving, the bearing temperature increases gradually and then remains stable. The maximum temperature does not exceed 75 ° C, and the temperature rise cannot exceed 40 ° C.

(4) If there is abnormal noise after driving or the bearing temperature rises sharply, stop immediately, check whether the shaft is flexible and the lubrication is good, etc., and then start after the fault is eliminated.

(5) After 2-4 hours of driving, check whether the connecting parts are loose. If there is looseness, drive it after tightening.

(6) If there is no fault after 8 hours of test drive, the installation project can be accepted.
