The remote magnetic level gauge is installed on the outside of the main body of the UHZ-1 type in-situ magnetic flap level gauge. The sensor and transmitter are assembled on the outside of the main body of the magnetic level gauge of the UHZ-1. The reed switch in the corresponding position will change the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor accordingly. The transmitter will convert the change of the resistance (or electric: pressure) signal into the standard electric current of 4-20 mA · DC; the flow signal output , Can form a bit level control, intermittent or continuous PID level adjustment system.
Remote magnetic level gauge installation and maintenance use:
a. During the installation, no foreign matter such as iron scrap and welding slag should be allowed to enter into the cylinder of the level gauge, so as to avoid the dead float, the level gauge must be installed vertically. (┴≤30°)
b. The stop valve should be installed between the level gauge and the container so as to close the liquid material during maintenance and cleaning. The strong magnetic field is not allowed around the level gauge to avoid affecting the normal work.
c. After the installation is completed, the column may be flowered, or during use, due to sudden changes in the liquid level or other reasons, the individual columns will not turn over. At this time, the magnetic steel can be used to correct it, turning the zero (liquid level) into white.
d. When the remote magnetic level gauge is used, it should open the upper valve first, then slowly open the lower valve to prevent the magnetic float from rising rapidly, causing the column to turn over.
e. Cleaning should be performed regularly during use to remove dirt and impurities from the cylinder.
f. For level gauges over 3.5 meters in length, consider increasing the strength of the middle reinforcement support ear to increase its strength and stability.
