On May 9th, 2017, in order to further improve the liquidation review of the 2016 new energy vehicle promotion and application subsidy fund, the Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized a discussion meeting on the 2016 new energy vehicle promotion and application subsidy fund clearing review work. The Department of Economic Construction of the Ministry of Finance, the Department of High-Tech Development and Industrialization of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Industry Coordination Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Finance Department of the Ministry of Finance and the Communications Clearing Center attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the “Procedures for the Application Review of the New Energy Vehicle Promotion and Application Grant Fund†drafted by the Equipment Division, and listened to the preparations for the relevant review work of the Communication and Clearing Center and the report on the progress of the application for the 2016 annual application materials, and clarified the application for the subsidized vehicle in 2016. The clearing audit principle and the 2015 unaudited vehicle review method have determined the relevant nodes and schedule requirements for the 2016 audit work.
