The dimensional accuracy requirements of the corresponding injection mold parts are IT5-6 and the surface roughness Ra is less than 0.1μm. The roughness of the recording surface of the laser disc must reach 0.02-0.01 μm of the level of mirror processing. This requires that the surface roughness of the mold be less than 0.01 μm.

Long-life injection molds are necessary to increase the efficiency and reduce the cost. At present, the service life of injection molds generally requires more than 1 million times. Precision injection molds should use a rigid mold base, increase the thickness of the template, increase the support column or conical positioning elements to prevent the mold from being deformed under pressure, and sometimes the internal pressure can reach 100MPa.

The ejector device is an important factor that affects the deformation and dimensional accuracy of the product. Therefore, the best ejector point should be selected so that the mold release is uniform throughout. Most of the high-precision injection molds are inlaid or fully assembled in structure, which requires that the precision and interchangeability of the mold parts are greatly improved.

3, long process flow, tight manufacturing time

For injection molded parts, most of them are complete with other parts to form a complete product, and in many cases are already completed in other parts, eagerly waiting for the injection of injection parts. Because of the high requirements on the shape or dimensional accuracy of the products, and because of the different characteristics of the resin materials, it is necessary to repeatedly try out molds and make corrections after the molds are manufactured, making the development and delivery time very tight.

4, off-site design, off-site manufacturing

Mold manufacturing is not the ultimate goal, but the final product design is proposed by the user. The mold manufacturer designs and manufactures the mold according to the user's requirements. In most cases, the injection molding product is also produced by other manufacturers. This results in the situation where the design of the product, the design and manufacture of the mold, and the production of the product are performed off-site.

5, professional division of labor, dynamic combination

The production volume of the mold is small, generally belongs to the production of a single piece, but the mold needs a lot of standard parts, large mold base, small to the thimble, these can not and cannot be done by only one manufacturer alone, and the manufacturing process is complicated, common equipment and numerical control The use of equipment is extremely uneven.
