Due to the small system load, almost zero, the condenser temperature will drop below 60 ° C, and it needs to run continuously for more than ten hours in this state. At this stage, the refrigeration system has a small amount of refrigerant evaporation, and the compressor suction pressure is low. There are many problems in the operation of the system.

Increasing the compression ratio by 1 will reduce the gas transmission coefficient of the compressor and reduce the gas volume, resulting in a decrease in cooling capacity. 2 The exhaust temperature of the compressor will rise, the temperature of the cylinder will rise, affecting the lubrication of the moving parts of the machine, which may cause the carbonization of the refrigerating machine oil, resulting in the performance of the vulnerable parts such as piston rings, cylinder liners and valves. Constantly decreasing, and carbon-bound oil can cause system blockage. 3 The loss caused by the throttling of the liquid refrigerant is increased, and the steam generated after the throttling increases, so that the unit cooling capacity is reduced and the cycle cooling coefficient is lowered. 4 The compressor clearance volume will be re-expanded, the efficiency will decrease, and the efficiency curve will be flat.
