What are the technical requirements for high-voltage switchgear latching devices?

1. The locking device of the high voltage switchgear shall have five prevention functions.

2. In addition to the prevention of "misdivided and misapplied circuit breakers" suggestive measures can be taken, the other four defenses should use mandatory latching. The People's Republic of China Ministry of Energy 1989-03-28 approved the implementation of 1989-10-01.

3. The locking device guarantees the prescribed program operation and ensures the safety of personnel when operating the switchgear.

4. The locking device should be mechanically locked as far as possible. It should be simple, reliable, and easy to operate and maintain.

5. The various components used in the locking device shall meet the requirements of GB3906-83 "3~35kV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear".

6. The grounding pile head installed in the switch cabinet should have obvious signs, and its grounding area should meet the requirements of the switch cabinet.

7. High-voltage live display device.

1) High-voltage electrified display device shall comply with the requirements of SD334-89 "Technical conditions for high-voltage electrified display device". Pole insulator type sensors and displays should be tested for dielectric withstand voltage with high voltage switchgear.

2) The display device installed on the high-voltage switchgear shall emit light normally at 65% of the rated phase voltage; the forced lock used in it shall be reliable.

8. The mechanical program lock adopted by the locking device shall comply with the requirements of JB/DQ2182-87 "General technical conditions for mechanical locks for high voltage switchgear". During program operation, the program lock should be flexible, reliable, key-inserted, and pull-free, with no jamming. The switch cabinet must not be operated during non-programming operations.

9. The electromagnetic lock adopted by the locking device shall comply with the requirements of JB/DQ2181-87 "Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Locks for High Voltage Switchgear".

10. The locking device shall comply with the requirements of the operating procedures of the switchgear cabinet. The locked position of the device shall be consistent with the actual position of the operating mechanism where the switchgear is locked. When the program is not fully specified, the operation cannot be continued; when the non-programming operation is performed The operation should not be performed automatically.

11. When using the electrical locking scheme, the power of the latching element should be separated from the relay protection circuit. Lockout loops and contacts should meet the latching requirements. The wiring should be reasonable and the enclosure of the locking element should be reliably grounded.

12. All kinds of locking devices should have special unlocking tools, non-dedicated tools must not be unlocked.

13. The mechanical test of the locking device directly connected to the operating mechanism shall be carried out at the same time as the mechanical operation test of the switchgear cabinet; if it is not mechanically connected directly to the switchgear cabinet mechanism, it may be performed later or later in the mechanical operation test of the switchgear cabinet and The specified number of program operations and non-program operations. The operation of the program should be smooth, and the operating mechanism and the latching element must not be jammed or malfunctioned. When normal operation force is applied during non-program operation, the device shall be able to be reliably locked. After the test, the device shall not be deformed or damaged.
